The Morgan has been nothing but fantastic the few months I've lived here! The building is clean, all the residents are friendly, and the staff has been kind and helpful beyond expectations. The patio area and workout room are also so nice to have in the building and I've found myself using them much more than I expected. Overall I recommend this building for anyone considering the Morgan, especially for any Loyola students in search of a building conveniently located to campus and the red lineRita L.
It's not only a modern building, it has washer dryer in unit, a 24 hour concierge, it is in walking distance to coffee shops, food, grocery stores, schools for big kids and little kids. The maintenance is diligent, the community manager Kat is awesome and has been very accommodating. If you want to come for a tour Mandy is the leasing director, I highly suggest The Morgan to friends and family!Judy B.
Morgan at Loyola Station was the most comfortable and clean rental community I have ever lived in. It is close to great restaurants, events, and 1 minute and 12 seconds from the Loyola Red Line. The rental price is in the higher end, but you get what you pay for: an efficient, thoughtful, quick-responding management and maintenance staff, amazing amenities that included stainless steel appliances, in-unit W/D, very clean and maintained community areas, respectful neighbors, and concierge.Jordan C.
I've lived at the Morgan for 3 years and have watched it consistently develop and modernize. From the in-unit washer/dryer, in-unit heat and A/C, and community areas, it has been three years of luxury and comfort. The awesome staff has also added to the homey feel of the building and has met all of our needs, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Overall, the last 3 years in the Morgan have been phenomenal ones, and I'll be sad to leave it.Nick G.

Living at The Morgan has been a great experience so far All of the staff are friendly and helpful they go out of their way to make things as easy as possible for residents if any issues occur. Most of the residents are quite friendly and take pride in The Morgan. You occasionally have to deal with people smoking on their balconies the property is supposed to be smoke free , and sometimes a party can become a little boisterous. Overall, though, this is the best property I have lived in thus far.Preston S.
Overall I enjoy living at The Morgan the space is nice and the convenience of having a washer dryer in my unit is wonderful.Veronica R.

It's great. Apartments are nice in layout, the appliances and kitchens are really well done. The floor to ceiling windows are really cool to look out at night. Staff is super helpful and timely, always willing to help with anything I need.John L.
The Morgan at Loyola is an excellent property in the Loyola University area. It is a spotless property in terms of cleanliness. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and gets to issues in an exceedingly timely manner. The concierge and staff is very friendly and approachable with any questions, comments, or concerns. The building is really new - for this area - and therefore there are no problems that one may find in another building near here. In unit W D, central air, gym, FOB access + MOREDaniel B.
Staff are polite and friendly. Neighbors on the same floor are considerate. Great facility.Chwu-Ching J.
The Morgan at Loyola Station is a great place to live, specifically as a Loyola student. Its in a great location with easy access to food, stores, public transportation, the beach, and campus. The apartment itself has everything one could wish for in-unit laundry, AC, a balcony, a dishwasher, and plenty of space. Staff is friendly and respectful, rent is easy to pay online, there's a parking garage, the rooftop terrace is lovely, good safety features, nice work-out room and club room.Stephanie K.
The place is amazing and feels just like home! I really enjoy the environment and community and its a great location as a student who attends Loyola. It is also a great location for activities and food around the building.Niki D.
